MTS Method
The core of all our therapies
The MTS Method (Manual Therapy System) is a modern, holistic system for assessment and rehabilitation, with roots in Mikrasiatiki Trapezountios Therapy, which forms the foundation and core of its philosophy.
The founder of the MTS Method is Sotirios Antonopoulos, who developed the method through many years of clinical experience and the systematic integration of knowledge from different schools of manual therapy.
One method – thousands of hands-on applications
The MTS Method is not a single technique.
It is a structured and organized system that integrates a broad range of techniques, which have been:
- clinically selected and refined
- functionally connected with one another
- organized into therapeutic protocols, according to the individual condition and the person
The method is composed of numerous Manual Therapy techniques and selected complementary approaches, unified into a single, coherent therapeutic framework.
What the MTS Method includes
The MTS Method combines techniques and principles from:
- Osteopathy (a wide range of hands-on techniques)
- Chiropractic (manipulations, mobilizations, and a neuromechanical approach)
- Myofascial and neuromuscular techniques
- FDM (Fascial Distortion Model)
- Visceral and functional techniques, including therapeutic approaches to the colon
- Therapeutic exercise and functional re-education
All of the above are not applied in isolation or at random.
They are applied in a targeted manner, based on thorough assessment, clinical goals, and the functional needs of the body.

Certified Application of the MTS Method
The MTS Method is applied exclusively in certified MTS Centers, which meet specific standards of education, clinical practice, and therapeutic quality.
Certification ensures that:
- the method is applied correctly and consistently
- official MTS Method treatment protocols are followed
- the practitioner has received formal training in both the philosophy and clinical application of the method
